RUSH 1.0 is a two-day indoor cycling workshop designed to teach the fundamentals of rhythm-based riding.
Over 10 hours, you’ll learn how to properly set up your bike, improve your posture and technique, understand rhythm and musicality, develop efficient movement patterns, and build the confidence needed to become a stronger rider.
